I’ve been searching for spiritual knowledge for most of my life, and in the last 20 years I’ve been going through a journey that’s taken me into esoteric worlds and processes, and through this I’m sure I have now found the original solar religion that was once common to humanity, and is, I believe the root of religious principles.
Now ancient teachings and sites like the pyramids all make sense, it’s like finding the pieces to a giant jigsaw. I had to go through the esoteric processes outside the body to get the occult knowledge, and, when I looked around in the world, I could see the knowledge everywhere.
As a child I looked through different religions and esoteric teachings to try to discover what truth lay within them – it was a maze and quite difficult to navigate. I had been brought up a catholic and devoutly served in church as an altar boy, but began searching into other religions and alternative spirituality.
In 1982 and 1983 I studied the work of J. Krishnamurti and keenly sat at or near the front of the audience for every talk he gave at Brockwood Park at that time. I was inspired by his awareness and spent much time practicing it, but having studied his teachings thoroughly I felt they were circular and were leading me nowhere.
I studied philosophy and art at university but became engulfed in intellectual ideas, while at the same time drawn into the pursuit of pleasure with the work of Alan Watts—a track that proved spiritually destructive.
After university, I travelled to the Middle East for a while and then lived in Scandinavia, spending time in the Swedish forests before going to Copenhagen where I stayed in the alternative community ‘Christiania’, before joining a group of Irish travelers. While in Scandinavia I attended various new age groups.
Returning to the UK I decided to search for the spiritual above all else, and decided to dedicate my whole life to it. I attended several groups including the Buddhists, psychic meetings, and Raja Yoga. However I felt that the key to awakening was found in sex and none of these offered anything I could use, so I left these groups of friendly people to continue my search.
I found a group of Gnostics and was astonished to find that the description of a mystical experience described in the book The Flight of the Feathered Serpent matched several I had. I decided to practice the teachings intensively and discovered the astral plane though out-of-body experiences. The group exercises at that time seemed “magical”—it was as though the line between the other world and this had dissolved and I entered into profound esoteric teachings for the first time while out of my body.
I began the work in alchemy in 1991 and an esoteric process began, see the article How Enlightenment is the Process of Creation in the Universe in Reverse. I found a way that has beauty, light, peace and love, but I discovered that life is a testing ground and it also has its tests and trials to overcome, in the process I went through initiations in the higher worlds, where knowledge is graded and the principles and faculties are forged that allow higher consciousness to develop. One night I awoke in the astral world and was called to a secret place where I was told the name of my inner Being, Belsebuub, and I write with his name.
It’s so interesting to find universal cosmic principles at work on the way to enlightenment, that correspond to the main events in the life of Jesus, whose life is mirrored in events of many others who lived before him. The events all speak of this same process of enlightenment, which is why they are so similar, and, as the process is also mirrored in the sun, stars and planets, they tie in with cosmic events – it all relates to creation and the return to the source.
Take a look at the teachings in the Indian Mahabharata, or in ancient Egypt and and many of the sacred teachings of the world and you’ll find a struggle between darkness and light, in the lives of Jesus and his disciples you will find struggle and persecution, and in ancient myths such as the Odyssey you will find an adventure of adversity and triumph – this is the secret process, depicted by medieval alchemists and subtly disguised in the esoteric symbolism of Western Europe.
Darkness is necessary for light, it creates form and is essential for growth and the process has inevitably brought difficulties of many kinds to my life, including poverty, illness, injustice, the lies of haters and persecution. I’ve moved from place to place, teaching and living like a wanderer in 18 different places in 3 continents, all in difficult living conditions. This has been my testing ground and the material for my learning.
For a time I had successful courses, a bestselling book in it’s category and over 60 radio and TV appearances including 18 at the BBC. But the religion/esoteric school had a power seeking faction in it who had their own fanatical agendas. This faction eventually turned against me with a vicious betrayal and destructive attack. The life and work I had in the past was gone, pretty much everything was destroyed, and I had to start again from zero. But it was a relief to be freed from the chains of fanatic and negative people in the school, it enabled me to learn at a much faster rate, I was able to continue my work, write more clearly, and explain what I know about the principles of the spiritual process in a fresh, more accessible and far-reaching universal way, giving the information freely on this website.
Later on I’ll write about more hidden and complex knowledge in books where I can explain each step in detail, it’s far too important to keep to myself. I’ll keep learning and adding to the information as I go along, clarifying it and discarding what’s been superseded. This incredible knowledge could do so much good in the world, anyone could use it to begin the amazing process of solar awakening, the knowledge has so many levels, the possibilities are vast.
