One of the most effective exercises of astral projection is concentration on the heart. This exercise has been used for this purpose for probably thousands of years, and it’s the one I’ve used most. Virtually anything that focuses the mind upon one thing can be used to project with, but concentrating on the heart is a good basic exercise to have and it’s an efficient technique to learn to astral project with.

The heart is not only a vital organ of the physical body, but it also has spiritual aspects, which is why it has so many references in spiritual art and literature. One of these aspects is the heart chakra, another is the divine firmament, another is the heart temple, and there are many more.

Concentration on the heart can be practiced at any convenient time without it being just an astral projection exercise. But like any exercise that uses concentration, you’ll need to put in quite a lot of practice and gradually train yourself for it to start to work.

Some of the most famous ancient megalithic sites in the world align to the summer solstice – in numerous different cultures: Egyptian, Pagan, Mayan, Essene, Buddhist, Native American, and Easter Islander.

Sites such as the Great Pyramids and Easter Island, are speculated to be some of the most ancient in the known world, and to have links to the civilizations of Atlantis and possibly Lemuria. Others trace their lineage back to the original spiritual knowledge of the Mayans and ancient peoples of Britain.

These sites indicate the existence of an ancient cosmic spirituality, sometimes referred to as ancient solar religions – some highly advanced in their technology and understanding of the cosmos.

It doesn’t take too much to see that there’s too little expression of love in the world, just as there’s insufficient expression of other qualities of consciousness.

Much of the terrible suffering in the world is caused by a lack of love, but few can be moved to do anything about contributing to good and to positive change.

Love is not simply about thinking positively, or thinking loving thoughts, or even doing kind deeds, although these may be expressions of it. It’s there in seeing and feeling and being part of reality, because in reality we’re all part of one – not only one humanity, but one substance, which is the cosmic consciousness of the universe.

Here’s a simple technique with which to become conscious in the astral plane by waking up in a dream, which is commonly known as lucid dreaming. With it, you can carry out exactly the same investigations in the astral world as you would do when you project from your bed.

In the normal course of sleep, dreams occur in the astral plane. When dreaming there is no recognition of being in a dream; it just happens and there is no self-awareness to enable us to realize where we are. But it is possible to know that we are in a dream, to become self-aware and know that we are out of the body in the astral plane.

This experience happens to many people and is commonly called ‘lucid dreaming’. However the term does not distinguish between the two kinds of experiences we get while becoming aware that we are dreaming; there is a difference between knowing that you are in a dream yet still dreaming, and knowing you are in a dream and seeing what is actually there around you in the astral plane, rather than still being in the projections of the mind.

There are exercises that can be done to become conscious in the astral plane while dreaming. They basically involve questioning during the day to see whether you are in the astral world or in the everyday world, in order to record that question in the subconscious and to repeat it while dreaming and thereby to realize that you’re there.

To learn astral projection can take some practice, here are some tips that can help it to succeed.

1.     If you relax first it will make it easier to astral project. When you relax your body be aware of the areas that are most tense and relax them, check that tension hasn’t crept back into your body when you start your astral exercise, as this will lock you into your physical body and prevent you from astral projecting.

2.     Once you begin your relaxation exercise, try not to move from that moment on. Remain still during your exercise of astral projection.

To successfully astral project, it’s important to be able to concentrate on the particular exercise of astral projection you are doing at the time, without being distracted from it by other thoughts or by anything else.

Willed astral projection usually occurs when the mind is concentrated at the exact moment that sleep occurs.

Most techniques for astral projection are variations of concentrating the mind and/or visualizing.

Being concentrated is having the mind and the whole of one’s attention on one thing alone.

It is possible to concentrate upon whatever activity we do at one time. That ability is developed by learning to do one thing at a time in daily life. It is also a natural outcome of the psychological study, which I describe in other works.

Sitting exercises of concentration train and develop the ability to concentrate upon any astral or esoteric exercise.

There’s an event in near-death experiences that indicates a way to get better understanding from daily life.

One of the most common things people recall in a near-death experience is going through a review of their lives. Many go through it in minute detail, recalling every event.

Most describe how much they’ve learned from it and what a positive experience it was. But there’s actually a way to learn like this in every day of our lives, by reviewing the day, at the end of each day.

What people tend to say matters most when they review their lives after death are simple things, such as how much they’ve loved, what good they did, how they hurt others, what they felt, and how they made other people feel.

This is what they say is really important. It’s not how much money they earned, or what career they achieved, but it’s more to do with interactions with people, such as what emotions they felt, what they did to others and especially how they loved.

To understand more about how you live, how you really are, and what’s important in life, it helps to do a review at the end of every day; going back over it to see how you thought, felt and acted.

We’ve had to go to court to stop some of the ongoing attacks against us.

After more than 2 and a half years of the sustained MovementsofGnostics campaign of cyberstalking, harassment, lies, threats and inciting hatred, a number of contributors to the smear campaign have been prevented from continuing thanks to the intervention of legal authorities.

A court order decided in our favor has prevented a major contributor from participating in the MovementsofGnostics hate campaign or any similar activity in the future. We also brought the person before an anti-discrimination commission, which also put in place legal measures that prevent them from contributing.

Groups affected by another contributor had their complaints against that person accepted by another human rights commission.

We believe there are now just 3 major contributors to the hate site remaining who are living in Greece – ones that instigated the campaign in the first place so many years ago and who continue to obsessively attack us and what we do.

The smear campaigners claim that what they are doing is free speech but as shown with the law going against their contributors, and the nature of the content, it’s clearly not innocent free speech. In our view they are just getting away with lying, misrepresenting, vilifying and harassing through the anonymity of the internet while hiding behind a proxy company in Panama. Interestingly, the two main instigators of the campaign became branch heads of an alleged pyramid scheme headed by a convicted felon.

Like bullies, smear campaigners have tried to suppress us with threats. And yet, when they are exposed with truth they run and hide or threaten; we believe shining the light of truth upon what hides in shadows, exposes it and its deeds for the benefit of truth.

We will continue in our work despite the activities of anonymous internet trolls, of shadowy figures and their world of hate. At the same time, we don’t harbor any antagonism to them, we simply feel a sense of relief that we are now safer and freer. We would like to be able to just get on with our lives, and hope that the contributors to the smear site will decide to move on with theirs.

We would like thank everyone who has been following our journey for peace and justice for your support, and for standing up for the fundamental right we all have to pursue the spirituality of our choice free from harassment.

You should be active in your spiritual life.

You’re never going to discover why you exist, and what the purpose of your life is, if you don’t do something about it. Do you want to live your life superficially, or do you want to have a genuinely spiritual life?

Reading, discussing, watching videos and belonging to groups might be helpful to begin with, but ultimately it’s not going to get you there. If you want to have a rewarding spiritual life you’re going to have to EXPERIENCE.

It doesn’t matter what you think about consciousness, higher truths or different dimensions, it’s what you experience and what you are that counts.

Planes of existence beyond this world exist, there are higher beings, heavens and demons, and hell is real; I’ve been there. I’ve seen realities that can’t even be imagined or dreamed about.

Wake up and see for yourself what’s really going on. Be more conscious in your life and learn from the dimensions beyond this. But watch out, because you’re ingrained in a passivity that will stop you, and you don’t even realize it.
