    HI Angela :

I didn’t read your blog, but I want to ask you something .

If I was an astral traveler in past lives…. could I bring this ability to this present moment with complete retrieval ?

In my first experience with relaxation tightening my muscles from toes to brow, at the sixth time, I experienced blackness in my consciousness and immediately I was somewhere else…during seven nights I did experience it, because I did like it, and I had no trouble with entities or anything else. I feel I am protected from negative astral entities.

Do you have a group of astral travelers ? That is what I need to get a little push to learn hot to control each OBE with somebody experienced to guide me.

    Thanks.

Thanks for the reminder as this is something I have also skim through to get to the practice, however when I reflect on it the best practices I have is when I am really relaxed, I will definitely put more enthuses into the relaxation from now on

  4. I think this is my favourite episode yet!

It really struck me that relaxation isn’t a mechanical thing at all but something that can be approached really flexibly and is different for everyone.

    Thanks for the inspiration!

  5. Very practical!

I have to admit that when I first saw the subject of the video, I thought in the back of my mind, “but I already know about relaxation. This video won’t be helpful to me.” Fortunately I watched it and I learned a thing or two :-) I’ve got some new insights and approaches to try in my coming relaxations and astral projection practices.

Having a clear understanding that thoughts are an unwelcome distraction for a practice was a great tip.

I’m looking forward to the next episode!

  6. Some great insights about relaxation and I couldn’t agree more with the information provided.

As mentioned, relaxation is an important process for astral projection and rushing this part will most definitely ruin the practice. From personal experience rushing could easily be traced in my daily activities. I found it to be such a destructive ego and in need of serious attention not only for astral projection, but especially to find the magic of real inner peace which is achieved by being aware of where you really are.

I really enjoyed this episode, well done and thanks to everyone involved.

  7. Nice episode, and a nice new Total View necklace too! ;-)
