This article came at a really good time in my life, and helped me a lot. But it also made me realize that I also need to be responsible for my inner states, so that I don’t drag others in my emotions or thoughts. The importance of vigilance, self-observation, disintegration of the egos, and understanding of oneself..
An article, I’ll be revisiting again and again.
    Thanks for posting it 🙂
