Living a spiritual life is more valuable than just having a material existence in nature’s program and we can see more of reality by awakening our inner faculties, learning to astral project and having lucid dreams.
Belsebuub explains how to perceive the spiritual reality beyond the material world and discusses astral projection, egos and the subconscious, consciousness, detachment, and inner peace.
Recorded in Berkeley California in December 2007.
This video is also available on Vimeo, along with a curated collection of Belsebuub’s other interviews.
That’ such a great explanation and over-view of things. Many thanks Belsebuub.
Thanks Mark it’s been very refreshing to hear this video again. Hope to keep fighting to stay in the moment and experience what is real.
Thanks for the video. Being able to see these talks is so refreshing and motivating!
It was inspiring to hear about the gradual acquisition of spiritual knowledge, and how vast and deep it all goes. And also a good reminder of how important that staying power is, the persistence needed in our practices, and the sacrifices necessary to succeed.
Some friends were discussing about death and it reminded me of events where I was closely involved in the whole process of someone’s sudden illness, rapid decline and eventual death. Someone who had done very many things in life of one kind or another, but not explore the spiritual. And like is mentioned in the video it seemed to me suddenly facing this unknown fate was terrible.
In those times it is very obvious what matters and what is worth exploring in life. I feel very fortunate to know that it is possible to start getting in touch with spiritual realities. I guess many feel that this possibility is not there.
The point of making sacrifices seems important to me now. I can see how trying to study ourselves and getting rid of all those ego states is essential and this brings about change. But on top of that there also comes a point(s) where we have to give up on certain old habits and sacrifice them, in order to be able to move further. Like if you don’t make those changes you will keep yourself down.
Thanks for sharing this video and others as well, great to see them online.
Thanks for putting this up Mark. I remember hearing it a few years ago and it was good to see it again. The messaged you convey hit me in a fresh way. Its a great interview that covers a lot of ground and you explain very complex things in such a clear, simple way. Its inspiring and full of insights for those of us trying to do this work, but I think it is also a very good introduction to anyone hearing about it for the first time.
