Thank you Belsebuub, That’s such a powerful talk and covers so many crucial points. It just really magnifies the gravity of my situation for me, and forces me to consider what’s really important in my life. I got a massive boost from it in relation to so many areas pertaining to the inner work. Many thanks.
Thank you Mark for this video. I was listening to it many times in the past couple of days and I am finding it very helpful. I would be very happy if more people could have an access to the source of this knowledge, and not just the few of us here.
I also very much agree with what Fotis said, that this type of knowledge should be given in schools, starting from the basic schools, up to the universities, if possible. I think it would be great if we could find ways of spreading this knowledge to wider public, including schools or even pre-school education (in some kind of appropriate form for them).
This talk is coming back again and again into my mind since I first watched it.
It covers many topics but what stood me out most was your sayings about negativity. I think it’s a great lesson to be taught to every school and for people to grow up with these kind of principals.
Also I noticed the difference between pretending of being nice/not negative or force myself to sound-look nice instead of actually be. In both cases is better those negative vibes not to be released externally but even better to have the understanding at the same time what that can cause internally if it isn’t totally honest or something be suppressed.
May be is easy to make this kind of moral profile like spiritual figures have and people like them, but don’t think that lead to somewhere truly beneficial.
I’m grateful I know how to apply the elimination of the ego from moment to moment, a great key tool, but it’s also something I need to study more.
Thank you for posting it!
I know what you mean Fotis. The topic of negativity is something that really hit home for me with this video. Particularly the aspect of how you have this choice to act differently when you’re faced with negativity either internally or externally.
For example, I was driving to catch a train to get to an important appointment, and I was really pressed for time and in desperate need of a parking spot. I drove around the train station parking lot for what seemed like hours, feeling more frustrated as time to catch the train was quickly running out, and not a single parking spot could be found.
As I turned around a bend to look for a spot, I was driving very slowly and there was a young lady walking ahead of me. I think she was under the impression I was driving slow because of her, and she turned around and waved me to go on past her in an irritated way. She was also having a bad morning it seemed. I looked at her and I think because I was already feeling so negative (and I am sure I didn’t have the most pleasant of faces because of it) she only got more angry and began to hit my car and swear at me.
I felt pretty bad about it, and after watching the video here, it struck me how I really had the chance to harm or to help in that moment. If I had just waved to her and in a friendly way tried to express to her how I’m just looking for a spot, or just gotten out of her way etc, I wouldn’t have helped her feed that already irritated inner state she must have been feeling for her own reasons. But I didn’t, and it caused her to make a mistake of acting out in such a way. Of course, it is her responsibility not to do such a thing, but at the same time, I certainly didn’t help the situation. I’ve seen many of these kinds of situations lately, and it really is an interesting thing to reflect on if I am harming or helping in any given scenario.
Thank you very much Belsebuub and Lara for putting this video up. It’s a gem!
Thanks for posting this – came just at the right time for me and was very motivating.
Thanks so much for posting this video. The recent videos have been very helpful, especially this one!
For example, everything that Belsebuub discussed about negativity, seems so fundamental. I could understand what he meant about how you can change your life by changing these states. I have seen this a lot. It seems like situations are resolved and you can move forward and bring new circumstances to learn from (which seems critical to being able to progress and to not get stuck) when you commit to not going along with negativity.
I could relate to the title also, as I was recently reflecting on what I have learned about a particular area of life. Because I was looking at what I had learned over a significant period of time, I decided to make lists so that I could review it easier. As I reviewed the lessons learned, it felt like reviewing a chapter of my own book on life. It felt a little profound and made me appreciate the opportunities that I have had to learn and to reflect in this way, and to be able to take away new understandings.
This talk really gave me a kick in the butt.
It´s nice to hear someone put these things into words because it isn´t always an easy thing to do. It also gave me the strength to take a step forward. Thumbs up!

Thank you so much for putting this together. We are so fortunate to have the opportunity to hear the words of someone who talks from an incredible depth of personal experience.
It’s unfortunate that most people, however, would rather be entertained (and deluded) by someone who just sprouts nice words and makes spirituality sound very simple and easy. But we can see that these entertainers and/or entrepreneurs haven’t actually changed what is within, so how can they possibly explain truthfully to others what it takes to walk the spiritual path.
I hope more people are able to find this site and are willing to listen, read, practise and learn in order to gain their own knowledge and personal experience. Thank you.
Thank you so much for your dedication, sincerity and generosity. It is truly so much appreciated.
An excellent compilation, thank you very much for presenting it. The talks are very alive, deep and profound. It would be very difficult to plagiarize such authenticity but I’m sure a few new age actors might try. Its a lot harder to copy, mimic, re-brand, edit, distort and sell a video than text. Thanks again for being there.
Another excellent talk with very clear messages and very important information about the Spiritual Path. To me what has always stood out about your talks is that it’s very obvious that you speak from direct experience from being on The Path.
This talk has been a massive boost to fight to be awake in the present moment and also to focus on my responses to others. So far, it’s such a crazy mess and so unbelievable how much can be missed and be allowed to harm others around us.
I will dig harder this week and watch my responses towards others in search of more moments of higher emotions for all.
It would be such a pleasure to know that others in our world are getting to your teachings and can join us in our search for real inner peace and happiness.
Thanks Belsebuub for all you do.
Thank you! What a great talk. Covering all the keys aspects of getting the work going forward, starting from where ever you are. Many topics, with a lot of depth, yet simply put and so helpful/practical. Thanks Mark.
This talk is so beautiful, amazing strong. Every word of it hits you with it’s meaningful. a powerful life lesson to study, a direct precious guidance for our inner work.
Thank you deeply Mark for this beautiful talk and for posting it at this time. Thank you.
Just watched through this video; thanks so much for posting it Belsebuub. It’s amazing how many issues you covered in that time, and in such depth. So many helpful insights in there. Thanks for the inspiration :-)
Thank you for sharing this great talk.
It was very nice to watch and listen to, to let what was said sink in. All of the individual points made are incredbily valuable, at the same time I also felt the talk as a whole had a certain message or feel to it, coming across with a peacefulness and with gentle insight.
A really inspirational talk, Belsebuub.
Thank you so much.
Thanks so much for this wonderful talk. It was a real help for me.
I’ve been gaining a better understanding about the spiritual work with this video, coupled with the new details I’ve been reading about on the biographical website (http://belsebuubbiography.com). With these recent postings, it’s as though there’s been a sudden outpour of valuable and inspirational information that I wasn’t fully aware of until now. I’ve gained a lot of personal insight from it. Thank you.
Thank you for this talk Belsebuub. It’s very profound.
Another precious teaching. What really struck me watching this video, was how fortunate I feel to have this message at my fingertips, and knowing where to go for spiritual teachings and support. I am really awe-struck that I have access to so much help, and I felt a sudden realization of sadness of how so few people know about these teachings, and yet they have an incredible simplicity for anyone to understand and come to realize what needs to be done within oneself. To not react, to be an example to others, to learn etc… There is a lot of common sense and wisdom that could potentially change and advance this whole world. How amazing it would be for this message to reach millions. What a gift for humanity it would be for Belsebuub’s work and teachings to reach far and wide.
Thanks Belsebuub. this is a very informative and inspiring talk. I got a lot from it, especially the part about observing how the egos work together to lead us astray. It takes so much will power to do this work and it’s so incredibly easy to get pulled into entropy.
The part of the talk explaining the help that Alchemy brings was very useful. It does feel impossible without it, but at least now I know why: which I hope will help keep me focused. Working on understanding my own negativity and not acting negatively or ever having any negativity towards a person, who is annoying or attacking me has been liberating; when it finally happens :) I don’t feel any consistent effort is wasted in this work of liberating ourselves from negativity, no matter how impossible it seems … we have to start somewhere.
Again, a profound thank you for all the hard work and sacrifice you’ve endured in order liberate your consciousness and help humanity, Mark/Belsebuub.
Very inspirational talk, thank you Belsebuub.
Wow what a great spiritual talk, thank you very much Belsebuub for sharing your insights.
It’s so helpful to have this up. I’ve only listened to the beginning so far but even from that, even when Mark says something that he’s essentially talked about several times in the past (or that I’ve heard, at least) – maybe at that time it didn’t resonate with me fully but hearing it at a different time or in a different way has a totally different impact. Like when he says, “…that requires a lot of will and it also requires the ability to see the animal within…” to me, there’s a real comfort or something from knowing what it is that’s required, what it really takes, and assessing if I’m doing that. And if I’m not, then great…at least now I know and that can change. What a luxury, I feel, to just be told plainly: this is what you need to do to get these and these results. Thank you, Belsebuub.
A really amazing and very inspiring talk Belsebuub.
You illuminated very well many subjects and you gave me a better view and understanding about all these.
Thank you that you shared this precious talk!!
