That was a great interview to listen to. Hearing the presenter describe her NDE’s in such detail (even years later) was incredible. To me, it validated the experiences as real. I’ve never had a NDE but I have had frequent OBE’s which have had a lasting effect and influence in my life. They have felt real, as though they were happening in the physical, yet they were in the Astral, and their detail has remained years later (much like the presenter’s viivid recall of her NDE’s.

What a great interview. It makes such a difference when the interviewers are really interested, spontaneous and have had their own share of experiences! The NDE one of the women shared about the spiritual being appearing in the form of a welder was very interesting, and I remembered some other NDEs that I watched or read about somewhere, where the angels/higher beings also appeared like mundane people, like a guy in a baseball cap for example. It makes one ponder on how ‘down to earth’ in a way these beings are, using symbolic clothes and appearances according to whats needed, not necessarily looking ‘angelic’ at all times. Reminds me of the the experiences in the astral plane, where it is also possible to meet the higher beings looking just like normal people. Just their eyes are different as I noticed, deeper and wise. They cant hide that I guess… :-)
Fantastic interview thanks, what a amazing experience of a NDE from the presenter pity there isn’t more programs like this on the radio or TV it would really help a lot of people to understand these experiences
I really enjoyed this talk – thank you! Amazing how many people have had the NDE – I know someone very close to me who had her NDE years ago and it seemed that that experience have changed her life for good – maybe because she was shown all her life in front of her. In that way it seems people get a better perspective on their own life and can see clearly what needs to be improved.
I just love that talk! I think this was my favourite of the series of NDE interviews that took place.
So many insightful gems were there, lots of inspiring experiences were shared (those ladies both had such amazing NDEs!), and this interview also highlighted Mark’s excellent sense of humor. I laughed out loud a few times there!
It was nice to hear how engaged the hosts and audience were, and that allowed a lot of ground to be covered.
Tonight I’d like to try to focus my mind on remembering dreams as I go to sleep; I’d forgotten about setting the intent in going to sleep instead of just upon waking.

That second NDE account I found to be particularly beautiful and reminds me of some of the stories shared here.
Perhaps it is an accident and not planned to happen in the course of our life, but it does. So one could think that in that case help is deserved or expected let’s say. But to me this help still very much feels like a merciful and beautiful aid, not something to take for granted.
I really liked this talk, dear Mark and Lara, thank you so much for helping us to move into the right direction. The information that you share with us all is priceless.Feeling myself very uplifted and inspired to keep struggling for this clarity of the now, from moment to moment.
I feel very similar. The interview reminds and helps to focus on being aware as well as a focus on dream recall and practicing.
As I was listening to this interview (I started this morning, and finished in the evening) I found how much my focus has been changed from the mundane to spiritual. I can see how important is to have a spiritually oriented activity as a daily focus, because otherwise the mind just goes to interests of normal life, which don’t lead to anything spiritual. I also think that this is also where the death of the egos can help to put behind the various interests that lead nowhere, as well as carry out our daily responsibilities in a more focused way.

I remember my first experience with another person was with my wife, we were both practicing to astral project and my wife got out first and actually pulled me out of my body.
Excellent radio talk from everyone taking part, I really enjoyed the many stories/experiences for the ladies and Belsebuub.
